Harvey Najim, Chairman and CEO of Sirius Computer Solutions, has used his success to give back to the community that has been the home of Sirius since its founding in 1980.
Mr. Najim established the Harvey E. Najim Family Foundation in December 2006 to make a difference in the lives of children in the San Antonio community. Since its creation, the Najim Foundation and Mr. Najim have given grants and pledges totaling over $14.6 million to 101 charitable organizations.

The executives and employees of Sirius Computer Solutions give generously to their communities through the United Way. Every year, an internal giving drive leads to greater participation rates, and more pledges to give. For 2011, Sirius employees have committed to donate over $200,000.

Two Sirius account executives, both active volunteers in Habitat for Humanity, have organized a volunteer program to familiarize all Sirius employees with the organization, and to encourage individuals to get involved by helping to provide affordable housing in their own communities.
